The only one thing that is wrong with training is that sometimes it comes with a very strong force that may cause enmity among the participants. If you ask me how, I would be tempted to say that leadership training is not only good but it is also full of disadvantages because all of those who participated start competing for top most positions and this kind of affects their relationship and respect for one another because they are competing so they hate those who end up being given top positions. Stiff competition is not healthy for those who wish to lead our state, because it might affect not only the economic development but also the growth of the state in a positive way. It is only advisable that those who offer leadership training should ensure that they also teach the value of accepting results even if they are not in your favor so that you can be sure of achieving without creating any problems with your fellow competitors. If this is looked into, then the growth of our state will definitely have positive effects and the way forward is likely to be witnessed. |

When you little boy hits the ages of 12 to 24 it gets harder for you to think of the right gift to give him on his special day. He no longer is contented with the little toy cars or robots you normally wrap up for this birthday. Giving him new clothes will seem too ordinary. Be prepared to hear statements like, “I want a car for my birthday!” If you are not rich enough to buy him a new car then give him one of those 24 inch boys bikes as an alternative.
It is at this age when boys would want to have a little more mobility and venture out of the house. Giving him a bike is like rewarding him a bit of freedom to stretch his wings. These bikes are very affordable and practical. You can always combine it with a cool helmet and knee and elbow pads for a little safety measure. The bike will be truly appreciated by your young man. |

Petrol prices are ridiculously high at the moment, and have been for years. I look at the people shopping in my local Tesco's and I see most of them are overweight. They will all get in their cars and drive back home with their shopping. I can't believe there aren't more people out and about on bikes - they would save them money and they could lose weight at the same time. You don't need a fancy bike or fancy cycling clothing - you just need a simple bike, perhaps with a basket - and do a couple more shops a week - think of all that fitness! You wouldn't need to join a gym, and you'd likely find you had more energy to do other things too.
And yet - I know this would never happen in my neighbourhood. People are simply too lazy to change their life in this way. |
