There is a big debate going on seeking to answer the question if it is right to take a beer after work or one should remain sober. Relaxing the mind is said to be the work done by alcohol and many say that after office they need to take a beer or two so that they do not end up grumpy once they enter the house. Good or bad is not for me to give a verdict and all i can talk about at the moment is breweries as a business entity. There are times when breweries experience a surge in sales making it necessary to increase the production so as to meet the demand in the market. Most breweries in the UK do not have extra workers so a big problem comes up when more labor is needed. All the brewery management has to do is source for temporary workers failure to which they will get loses . No brewery company would want to do these so this is the time to get employees through outsource call centre. When the demand goes down the employees from the call center are released.
