Failure to Make Safety Measures When Doing Paypal Transactions

I have a friend, who is busy doing business online. She sells stuff through the internet and she always recommends her client to make use of Paypal when sending payments. Just this morning, she called me up and asked me if I am making use of the same facility. I told her not and she started telling her story. She mentioned that she accidentally typed Pyapal instead of Paypal, which linked her to the wrong site. The said site looked similar to the original Paypal so she did not hesitate typing in her username and password. When she was about to withdraw her money, the website suddenly stopped functioning. When she went back to the site again, this time she was able to get to the genuine Paypal, she realized that the money on her account was gone. My friend then realized that on her first attempt, she logged in to a bogus site. She lost thousands of dollars and it was such an appalling experience that I know she will never forget all her life.
