Disadvantages of living alone and doing things for yourself

Living alone is not all that good. You get all the independence that you need and you mature really fast because you take care of your self. You make your own decisions and rules and there is no one to give you a second opinion. When it comes to cooking, it can be a little bit lonely because eating alone is not a good experience. Even the cooking, it is more fulfilling if you cooked for someone else, when they appreciate your food it becomes a major morale booster. When you are alone in the house, a lot can happen. You get very paranoid when it comes to security. If a household appliance that uses electricity gets faulty, the first person that you call is the it support. This is because you do not know how to solve the problem yourself. It could be a minor thing, that someone else could have caught but since you do not have anyone to give you a second opinion you agree with what you have. As much as living alone has its freedom and independence, it can get really lonely at times.
