Accept the job and make it pay what you wanted.

After college, it was very hard to get employment. I had registered with a job centre in my home town and thy had a job ready for me, although it was not paying as well as I had wanted. After a month with no success in getting a better job, I decided to take the tamworth job. The job was offering too little but i had no other option. I decided to work hard in order to at least get a pay rise or even get a promotion. Through my hard work, I was promoted after five months in the job, and that meant a pay hike. I realized that if I had no taken the job, I could still be jobless, but with my current job, i was almost getting the salary I had wanted through promotions. Today, I feel so bad when I see many graduates refusing to accept a job because its offering way too low for their expectations, while they can accept it and advance in it in order to get the salary they want.
